A gently held day to pause, reset and empower your wellbeing.

This wellbeing experience brings together thoughtful, grounded practices that can support you in building clarity, strengthening body–mind awareness and stepping forward with purpose. The Wellness Way is centred on practical, empowering tools you can take home with you, supporting sustainable balance in everyday life.

Led by experienced local practitioners, the day supports the development of sustainable wellbeing habits that can be integrated into daily life.

The day is intentionally structured to guide you through clarity, balance and connection, allowing space for reflection, integration and empowered direction.

GROUND - Settle into the space. Arrive gently and find calm.

CLARITY - Intentional Living & Meditation

BALANCE - Yoga. Accessible movement to support embodied awareness.

CONNECTION - Drumming, shared rhythm for grounding and collective presence.

NOURISH & INTEGRATE - Lunch, intentional rest, quiet reflection or connection with others.

REGULATION & AWARENESS - Breathwork, supporting calm and nervous system balance.

RELATIONAL CONNECTION - Relationships, exploring conscious connection and communication.

PAUSE & CHOOSE - Time for rest, reflection or optional taster sessions.

INTENTIONAL DIRECTION - Anchoring clarity and purposeful next steps.

Tea and warm drinks will be available throughout the day. The venue café will also be open for additional purchases.

Wear:
Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and rest.

Accessibility:
All sessions are choice-led and participation is always optional. You are encouraged to move at your own pace.

Young People:
Children aged 10–15 are welcome to attend free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.
