Your Facilitator

This course has been developed and is delivered by Suzi Finlayson, a qualified coach and wellbeing practitioner with a background in mental health, emotional resilience, holistic healing and personal development.

My work is rooted in compassion, clarity and lived understanding, bringing together therapeutic tools, coaching frameworks and practical methods that empower real, lasting change.

From time to time, this course may also be delivered by trusted practitioners who share the same values, approach and commitment to safe, high-quality facilitation.
