With over 25 years’ experience in coaching, training and facilitation, I’ve worked with individuals, families, professionals and organisations across private companies, charities, the NHS, and public health and social care.
I specialise in supporting mental and emotional wellbeing, building resilience, and guiding meaningful personal and professional growth through practical self-coaching tools.
My approach is grounded, supportive and practical, empowering people to make changes they can sustain and truly THRIVE in life and work.
