Hi, I’m Suzi, a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Coaching and Hypnosis, Author, and Facilitator, I am passionate about empowering people to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, self-compassion, and clarity. My journey, both personal and professional, has shown me the power of self-coaching, intention setting, and aligning with natural cycles to create meaningful change, stronger connections, and life-work balance.

With over 25 years of coaching experience, Thrive Life Coaching helps individuals, small businesses, and communities unlock potential, embrace daily self-care and thrive in all life areas.

My approach blends coaching, intuition, mindfulness, and energy alignment, empowering you to move past resistance and into expansion, because true transformation comes when we learn to support ourselves from the inside out.

Hi, I’m Sophie, after many years in corporate HR leadership, helping businesses invest in their teams’ growth and potential, I took the leap in 2022 to fully step into teaching yoga. Having been a dedicated student for 15 years, I had experienced first hand how yoga supports us through life’s challenges. Witnessing its transformative impact, I knew I wanted to share this journey with others.

Through movement, mindfulness, breath and play, I create safe and nurturing spaces where you can explore personal growth, release resistance and embrace yoga in a way that truly supports you.

With a deep belief in the power of seasonal transitions, I’m so excited to co-lead Roots to Resilience helping you build stronger foundations and deepen trust in your path through daily mindfulness practices. Hi, I’m Jenny, a mother of two, and an Elite StrongFirst Instructor. I discovered strength training eight years ago when my youngest was just seven months old, and it completely transformed my life.

Like many of us, I’ve faced my share of life’s challenges. Through those experiences, I’ve come to understand that true strength isn’t just physical, it’s a mindset. Strength training became my way back to confidence, resilience, and self-respect.

As a coach, I share tools and practices that go beyond exercise. My mission is to help you reconnect with your inner power, building strength that supports every area of your life – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Strength has a greater purpose, and I’m here to help you remember just how powerful you truly are.
